ABOUT ME
This is my journey
I wasn't always blessed with a strong physique. As a child, I was always on the thin side. I wasn't happy with how I looked or felt. When I turned 18, I decided it was time for a change and began working out. I wanted a body that reflected the confidence and pride I wanted to feel in myself.
When I turned 23, I hit a wall in my fitness journey and decided to work with a personal trainer. Working with her transformed my body in ways I never could have imagined. I was so inspired by how she made me feel that I decided to become a trainer myself, hoping to inspire others the same way she inspired me. Over the past 8 years, I've dedicated myself to learning more about the human body and its physiology. I became a certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine and earned my bachelor's in Exercise Science from California State University Northridge in 2023. Through personalized workout plans and sustainable nutrition guidance, I've helped countless people become the best versions of themselves.
Personal training can be costly and out of reach for many. That's why I founded OnlyFit, a platform that offers affordable access to everything from nutrition and workout plans to mobility and stretching routines. What equipment do I need?
All the workouts are “gym based” but I offer alternatives for dumbbells and resistance bands. If you’re looking to work out from home, all you need is those two things and a gym mat.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are tailored to you so depending on your current capabilities and strength they would be anywhere from 15-75 minutes.
How long does it take before I start seeing noticeable results?
You’ll start to have some changes after the first month but you’ll start to really see noticeable changes after 3 months.
How customized are the nutrition recommendations?
I have a questionnaire you fill out for your nutrition to create personalized calories, macros.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your membership anytime yourself in the app or by messaging me.
