What equipment do I need?
All the workouts are “gym based” but I offer alternatives for dumbbells and resistance bands. If you’re looking to work out from home, all you need is those two things and a gym mat.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are tailored to you so depending on your current capabilities and strength they would be anywhere from 15-75 minutes.
How long does it take before I start seeing noticeable results?
You’ll start to have some changes after the first month but you’ll start to really see noticeable changes after 3 months.
How customized are the nutrition recommendations?
I have a questionnaire you fill out for your nutrition to create personalized calories, macros.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your membership anytime yourself in the app or by messaging me.
